GÜRİŞ CONSTRUCTION AND ENGINEERING CO. INC., has purchased 100% shares of Iberdrola Renewable Energy Generation, Trade and Industry Ltd. Co. in Turkey, the affiliate company of Spanish Iberdrola Rovables Energia S.A.U. the name of company has been changed as "DERNE CLEAN ENERGY GENERATION CO. INC."
With this purchase, GÜRİŞ became the license owner of;
64 MW Kanije WPP in Edirne
25.6 MW Zeliha WPP in Kırklareli
80 MW Fatma WPP in Muğla.
